The first thing you need to do is go to settings from the start menu, then accounts, scroll down and you will see a link there – Add an account, I have already added my outlook and my Gmail account, if I need to add my third account I can do it, let’s say it is yahoo, just add a user name and password and sign in rest is self-explanatory.

Once the email is configured you may want to do sync settings for that tap on the mail client manage, change mailbox sync settings, make changes here – download new content as it arrives or every 15 minutes, 30 minutes basis your need. You may also want to make changes in the download email from the last 3 days, any time, email sync is on, done, and save it.

As a new email arrives, the action center icon turns white, as of now there is no new email, just tap on it and you can check your mails here. Now I will need to provide the access of email to this app, for which go back to settings, then privacy, email from the left-hand side navigation, ensure that this is enabled, mail and calendar. If you don’t get new email notifications on the action center, go back to the settings window, system, notification, and actions from the left-hand side scroll down and ensure that this is enabled mail.

I have already done that. Once all these settings are done, you will start receiving all new notifications of your email here for the mailboxes that you have configured. For some reason, if you wish to delete the mailbox configuration, I will show you how to do that? Settings, back to accounts, under your emails and accounts, scroll down, tap on the mailbox that you want to delete, I am first doing it for Gmail, manage, simply click on remove this account from this device and it will be removed.
